Full Planning Platinum Package
The full planning package is designed for the couple who have an idea of what they want and like but lack the time and necessary information to fully execute and plan the wedding themselves. You can entrust that Lisa and her team will plan and execute a wedding beyond your expectations and bring your vision to life. Rest assured if you live out of town and attendance to meetings is out of reach Lisa and her team will sit in on your behalf and stand firm to your ideas and concepts. The full planning package is inclusive of the above packages as well as the following (but not limited to):
Up to 8 face-to-face meetings including overall wedding design and vision
Full event design
Recommendation and design assistance for invitations, escort cards, and menus
Hotel recommendation and blocking
Budget accountability
Review and evaluation of contracts
Transferring and relocation of gifts and personal items post wedding
Shipment delivery and storage of packages up to 4 months to wedding date.
Securing vendor and site location for rehearsal dinner
On site coordination for rehearsal dinner

Partial Planning Package
The partial planning package is designed for those couples that would like to be more hands on with the wedding planning process and experience, but need guidance along the way. This package includes everything that falls under the “month of coordination” package as well as the following additions (but not limited to):
Vendor referrals and introductions between the couple and vendor
Site recommendations for both rehearsal and wedding sites
Up to 5 face-to-face meetings
Unlimited phone and email correspondence
Attendance to design meetings, up to 2 times
Assistance with transportation booking and scheduling
Hotel recommendations and introductions to the hotel sales manager
Creation of detailed wedding timeline including site diagram and layouts

Month of Coordination
You are a couple that has a vision in stone, and have the time, patience, and desire to do the work yourselves! Where I come into play is one-month prior to your wedding date, we will be in contact with one another and I will retrieve all vendor information. I will reach out to introduce myself and to further inquire of any additional requirements. From there, I will create a detailed timeline for the wedding day. I will be the liaison between vendor’s, bride, and groom. This package includes rehearsal for up to two-hours including a final walk- through for the wedding date if needed. On the day of the wedding I will arrive with an assistant up to three hours prior to scheduled wedding start time where I will oversee all vendor setup and finalize all details according to bride’s and groom’s wishes. Throughout the celebration I will be present to oversee all scheduled events and assure transitions from ceremony to the last guest departure are seamless.

Best decision we made!!
Lisa went above and beyond to not only keep me calm during the planning of my wedding in a pandemic, but she agreed to take on anything I asked. She was always pleasant and kind and made me feel at ease.
